$145.00 per 60 minute session.

Insurance
I am a private pay practitioner only.
Payment
Cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express cards are all acceptable forms of payment as are HSA cards. Unless other arrangements are made payment is due at time of service. If you desire, a superbill is given at time of service for you to turn into your insurance for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
